Factors that damage our brain
Brain is the most impotent part of our body .If brain dies we will go to coma stage.There are Some Factors that damage our brain.The following are some of the habits that we should avoid for the proper functioning of brain
1,Skipping breakfast .
Breakfast is the food that we eat after almost twelve hours of fasting .If we skip breakfast it will case for decreasing of glucose level in our blood.When there is no energy in body brain will not get its needed nutrients for the proper functioning and it will affect brain function.
There are some people who eats more than the need.Doing this will cause for fat accumulation on blood vessels and may decrease mind power.
Smoking is a habit that not only affect proper functioning of brain but also it affects lungs
4,Eating more sweets.
Eating more sweets is not good for the heath of brain.If we eat more sweets it will increase the glucose level in blood and it affects the functioning of brain
Pollution is a major thing that affects the brain very badly .When we breath in polluted air our brain will not get enough oxygen supply for its proper functioning and it will damage brain
Rest is very impotent for the proper functioning of brain .If we don’t sleep according to the need then the brain will not get rest and it will affect the functioning of brain
7,Covering of head during sleep.
If we cover our head with blanket during sleep the oxygen supply will become weak and the level of carbon dioxide will get increased.This will cause for lack of oxygen supply to brain and its functioning will get affected
Doing more work than the ability will damage our brain.Specially working more when our body is sick will affect our brain very badly.
9,Lack of thinking.
Laziness will also damage our brain, because when the brain is not working the working capacity
of brain will get decreased so try to think good things always.
10, lack of speaking.
Now a days new generation and kids are not speaking well they are addicted to mobiles and video
games .For the proper functioning of brain speak more and laugh more.
