5,Bath with hot water.
When you take bath with hot water it will increase your body temperature .So avoid taking bath
with hot water if you are a person who is suffering from over sweating of body.
6, Use cotton dress.
Avoid dress made with nylon and pollster and use only cotton made dresses. Under garments made
with cotton will absorb sweat and makes evaporation procedure easy.

Making control on your food habit is the easy and best way to avoid odor of sweat.Over use of perfumes
and food habits are the main cause for odor of sweat.If you really want to control bad smell of sweat then
do the following things.
- Control the use of garlic and onion.
- Control the use of non-vegetation and add more vegetables and leafs in your food.
- Over use of coffee tea and soda may cause for odor of sweat so control it.
- Avid the use of fried and fatty foods.
